Refund & Return Policy

At Unleashed Alliance, every kit is carefully assembled with love and shipped with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a request.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on both unopened and opened kits as long as the items inside have not been used. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@unleashedalliance.org with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Product Variation Disclaimer

In the Unleashed Alliance Welcome Home Kit, the plush toy styles, rope toy colors, and blanket colors and patterns are intentionally varied and selected as a surprise. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that these variations are not grounds for a return or exchange. If you have specific concerns about product variations please contact us at info@unleashedalliance.org before purchasing

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit we will work with USPS to locate it. If it cannot be found we will send a replacement kit.
